Pets to Be, Inc. is located in Liburn, Georgia, an Atlanta suburb, and has received its shelter license from the Georgia Department of Agriculture. Pets to Be, Inc. is a 501 C-3 non-profit corporation currently enlisting foster homes and volunteers to assist in taking dogs "from Rescue...to Adoption."

Established in 2002, Pets to Be, Inc. has found permanent, loving homes for over 400 dogs in the greater Atlanta area and confines its placement of animals in and around Atlanta.  Part of our adoption process includes a home visit which rules out long distance adoptions.  We are very happy to say that our adoption process has served our animals well and insures that their eventual placement is a happy one.
